Has anyone taken their new 5er on a track yet? I just found out that I got into my BMWCCA driving school at Lime Rock Park. I can't wait!!!!
Any tips for me? Tire pressures? What to bring? Driving techniques? This is my first track day.

E60COYOTE, afraid I can't help you on the front end as I have never been to a driving school. The most recent one in my area fell during a business trip and I could not make it. I look forward to hearing about your experience as I am very interested in doing the driving school. Good luck and have a great time.

It's been several years since I've been on the track (NHIS mostly).
First & foremost, Listen to your instructor.
Second, don't try to beat the track record.
Your instructor will give you some very valuable tips.
Third, relax and have fun. You'll go faster than you ever thought you would/could
Fourth, block out your schedule for the next track event.
