Drive Cycle not resetting!!

My Ride: 05 545i
2005 BMW 525i 90K miles
Had an issue with ground cable due to battery not holding a charge at all.
Took it to Peter Pan BMW Burlingame CA. fixed
Now its time for smog, and the drive cycle will not reset.
Its been driven over 1500 miles . ive disconnected the battery also but no luck.
Catalyst-not ready
oxygen sensor-not ready
NO CHECK engine light.
HELP!!!
Does computer need update?

drive cycles aren't based on how many miles you drive. certain conditions have to be met in order for the vehicle to register a drive cycle. BMW had a specific outline of how to create a drive cycle. I don't remember what it was but it was a pain in the neck. you had to drive at a certain speed for so many minutes and then at a different speed, etc.
