Default Dreaded Passenger Restraint Malfunction

So out of knowhere the other day, I got the dreaded passenger restraint malfunction. I had just dropped my friend off who was sitting in the passenger seat. When I got back in the car to leave, the error popped up once I started the car. I plugged in my Carly reader and got the following codes. I've omitted the rest, but if anyone can tell me if this is just a bad BST cable or something else I'd appreciate it. Also, if anyone knows what the other fault codes are I'd appreciate that too!

Code:
