Does E60 mean 550i or does it include the 530i?

Please clarify. I seems that most of the discussion on this forum are geared toward the 550 ro 545. Is there a separate forum site for 530i owners?

E60 encompasses all the models. There are just way too many vocal 545/550 owners is all.

Just to clarify, E60 encompasses all 2004+ 5 series cars. Or, are some of the E60s only 2005+. Anyway, yes, it does include the 530.

My Ride: E60 M5, F85 X5M

E60 is the body code for all current model 5 series which made it's debut in the US and Canada as 2004 models. Build date started July 2003. The current model line up in the US includes 525, 530, 545 (replaced by 550), 550 and M5. There are quite a few other models in Europe which include some diesel engines unavailable to the US as of yet.

Us guys with E61's sneak in here also, cause our section is dead and it's only the rear upper eigth of our cars that is different.

Oh...........and the inferior rear suspension !
