Does E60 have REST function?

This used to be a labeled button. Then in became buried under a button labeled "MAX".

Does it still exist on the E60? Apparently, MB just eliminated in on the '05 E-class.

Only on advanced (standard in usa) aircon..........it works brilliantly as well!

Not only do you have REST, but also Independent ventilation which makes a decent fist of cooling the car before the engine is started - it can also be activated twice a day on two independent timers.
