Does anyone know how to disable the headlight washing system/mechanism

My Ride: 2004 525i Executive
I am facing the problem with the new m5 rep front bumper that the cover for the headlight washer is a dummy, it doesnt open/close.
when i press the wipers, the headlight washer pops out and pushes the cover off and now ive lost it.
i tried fitting the original one on from my standard bumper but the bracket/hinge is completely different.
ive ordered a new dummy cover but i might lose it again from the thing trying to pop out, i am willing to live with it disabled even with an error message.
hope someone here knows how to turn it off, thanks!

35% tint all around
19' DPE GT7
pull the fuse should do the trick.
