I still love mine. Had it since March 2009. With over 40k miles, it still runs and drives like new

RPI exhaust is an amazing mod. I highly recommend anyone with the V8 to do it. Made me truly love the car, brings out the growl of the engine.

Bought my manual 6 speed 06 550i after driving Mercedes (190e and e320)for 25+ years. Best car buying decision I've ever made. It's like comparing a surgical instrument to a sledge hammer.

After a year and a half of having my 550i I still love it! I have put about 25,000 on it and have taken it to all sorts of places. The car is the ultimate Grand Tourer and I cant wait to do a coast to coast trip in it!

I wish I had at the minimum an SAT but would LOVE to have a 6 speed... and an RPI exhaust.

I've had my 2008 550i for about two months, and it has been awesome. Its been at the BMW Dealership for the past two weeks getting a new front bumper put on it, at their expense :twoup: . So they gave me a 2011 335i with nav and such. I really like the 2011 twin turbo a lot and was concerned that after I got my 2008 back I wouldn't like it as much after driving a 2011 for a couple of weeks. I went and picked up my car this afternoon and the second I sat in it, I was in auto heaven. OMFG is it sooooo much better than that three year newer twin turbo. I love this damn car! Sport option is a must have and glad my 550i has it. Only thing that would be better is a M5 :notworthy:

My 2006 550i has 100K miles and still kicks major ass in just about every department. Besides the odd gremlin here and there........

Selena is a jet black, 6-speed beast of a 2004 545i with almost 130k and she is still *by far* the best ride I've ever had - as a driver or passenger. She's phenomenal and I can't seem to get enough of her (sadly I only live a mile and a half from work). I can't imagine what it would be like to drive 550! If you have a 550i hold on to that beast - pick up, sound, speed, agility, handling just can't be beat!! :clap:

Loving my 550 with manual trans. Had it almost exactly a year, and a bit over 17,000 miles. I'll never go back to a "normal" car.
