I used to get more a few years ago when the shape was newer. Often at petrol stations the attendants would comment on what a great looking car.
The best I had was at a random breath test one night. Here is Aus we have what are called booze buses. They block the entire road and divert all traffic via the police check point and take alcohol breath readings. Anyway I was waved up by a good looking young blonde lady officer. I wind down the window and she says please blow into the meter for 5 seconds. I finish she reads and and says all clear and by the way that is a fabulous looking car.

There is not that many E60's on the road in South Australia (imported lux cars in OZ are too damn expensive and SA by population is one of the smaller states) so i get alot of stairing and alot of comments, mostly, "nice car mate".
Scooter is right the E60 does not stand out like it used to now that most of the other manufactures have ripped off BMW's design cue's.
