i'm glad i could help you. maybe you can ask your dealer if it's possible to change your rims into the "normal" style 135 ones.

of course you wont change to 16''

the reason i posted that is because the last post states that 20'' would fit in the rear so the problem is at the front
sorry no pics

But i will keep searching because i am curious and because at first i wanted a 530xi but then i saw how high it is and i just went with the 530i.So its something that i want to know about

but i still dont get it why it is so high up.I mean look at the Audi quattro models RS4 RS6 S8 and even regular A models not only RS they are low as hell

Listen my friend, do not worry, if you want you can install even 19" oem 166 style or replicas from 18"-20"s or some 20"s and even drop it, many people did that already around the world, maybe not members here but if you see forums you easily find out. Second many tuners dropped x-drived cars like x3 and x5 with 3-4 cms!!!
BUT Bmw of course do not recommend it for reasons of ... safety and style and who knows.

Bare in mind that BMW never offered 20"s &21"s for e60 M5 and non-M cars either, many have it and happy with that. I will also get some big shoes Chill and talk to your dealer the only thing is if you do not use what BMW recommends then maybe you loose warranty on wheels...
