Do all bumpers have headlight washer doors

Yes, every 5 comes with the door in the bumper but not every car has the washers. That comes as part of the cold weather package. For those of us without the washers, they are simply plugs filling the hole...

It's just easier to stock one bumper that handles both configurations. My 550 has the doors but they are not functional, no cold weather package needed here in New Orleans!

My Ride: 545I and a half dozen other rides
My bumper has some scuff marks and I ran across a used repainted bumper the same color. Yeah, not the greatest paint job as it had some orange peel but better than mine. And for $100 it will work until I decide to put a Mtech bumper or similar on.
Mine has a hinge
But the other one did not and the door would not come out with out prying.
When it did open it fell on the ground, which scared me.
Luckily the door hinge on the other bumper swaps over.

Here in Canada, there is no Cold Weather Package Option. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, etc are all standard equipment but headlight washers were optional extras until 2009 when they became standard on most versions. My 2008 535i has plugs.
