Disable CD player via coding

I have an E60 with a broken CD eject mechanism. The disk drive will take disks in, but won't eject them. Is there a way, via coding, to completely disable the CD player so it won't even accept a disk? I don't want to have to disassemble the entire head unit again just to eject a disk on the off chance that someone else driving the car puts one in.

I don't believe so. I'd just put a blank disc in there.

This gave me a laugh. I don't think you can code out power to something plugged into power.

I actually want to know this too, mine does work, but i want to disable radio and cd too. Just leave AUX. I have aftermarket android player, and car allways changes to radio in every start. And its not the android player, it did same before installing it. Annoying as f..
