I have a strange question I cannot find an answer to after doing my respective searching. My 08 528xi has LCI Xenon Non-Adaptive headlights and I am in need of replacing the passenger light. My question is will I have any error codes or issues using an LCI Xenon Adaptive headlight as opposed to a Non-Adaptive headlight? For some reason, I am having a hard time finding one headlight without the adaptive control.

First of all, the headlights for non-adaptive don't even look the same as adaptive ones. That should help you rule out replacing just single side unless you find a non-adaptive set.

Thanks for this, I was not aware. I will do some more searching around the look of the two headlights. Thanks for the reply.
