Thumbs up

Maybe this has been answered before but I couldn't find it. What's the difference between a 545i vs a 545iA or 530i and 530iA? Does the "A" mean something special?

That's it? And here I thought I was missing out on something good without the "A"

Thanks Viper786!

Oh is that what that is.

I thought the A stood for Arschloch, a special edition where the PDC in the front comes on at speeds over 200k, so you can get even closer behind that idiot in the wrong lane..

My bad..

545iAs don't say 545iA on the back, just 545i. If it's automatic, it is an iA.

The "A" is an internal thing of BMW an BMW enthusiasts. Officially it is just a 545i.
That'S just like the "E"... We call our rides "E60", but on the back it doesn't say E60, because it'S an internal thing.
