i have 525 d 20,000 km my consamption of diesel in the city shows 15 1/100km is it normal ? i noticed that out of the city it showed 10 1/100 km..?

I think 15l/100km is by far too much, if you don't use your car for ulta-short distances only. I (530d) find it difficult to reach a consumption of more than 10-11 l/100km in short-distance-average. In my normal mix (50% city 50% longer distances) I have 8,5 l/100km.

It's also going to depend on the traffic and how quickly you accelerate, and whether you have an auto or a manual. 15 and 10 still at the high end (I do better on a 535d).

My 530d shows 13,2l/100 km in town on distances of about 12 km. to and back from work. Only average traffic jams - mostly moving. I have a heavy right foot though. 15 does seem high

Even my thrifty 320d creeps a good bit over 10 l/100km in short runs around the city...
So, it seems for typical city driving even diesels guzzle fuel.
