Default Diagnostics can't read modules

Hello, I have issues with reading modules.
I had problem with water getting in car and probably damaging some electronics. Now Carly and Delphy can't connect to any module, car runs but shows traction control and "steering wheel may be at an angle". I checked KBM module and CAS and didn't see any damage on them.
Also it drains battery but can't figure out what is causing it, battery is at bad state but I don't want to put new till I fix the draining problem. Any advice how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Steering wheel may be at an angle was ON since i bought the car and steering was hard, now that this happened steering is soft and lights up after few seconds, before it was light up right when i start the car. Diagnostics didn't show any errors with it.

You might need to perform a parasitic drain test to find which module/s is the issue. You can Google how to perform that. Have you checked in your trunk spare tire area to see if you have water damage there. If no one moved them there modules under the spare

In spare tire area there is no water, previous owner had issues with it and changed MPM module, i took it out and looked for any water damage on it but it doesn't seem like its been in contact with water. There is some leakage next to battery (right from battery, thru vents) but it doesn't look like it could do damage because it goes right down the chassis, i ordered new seals to fix that issue.

Any module that can't be scanned needs to be checked for power and ground at the harness. If there is power and ground at the module, then you need to use a VOM to check the Can Bus wires. If they are okay, then the module needs to be repaired/replaced.
