Hello..
I'm a DIY guy and new to the forums.
I came from DSM, Evolution and STi worlds and do have tons to learn about BMW.
I'm researching on what Springs I need to get and future suspension mods
My 545i Sport Package will be daily drive car w/ occasional track times @ MSR Cresson so I need to decide on what upgrades I need to go with.
Some of you guys who went to the BMWCCA Track Days or w/ Apex Driving Academy @ MSR Cresson might have seen me couple of times w/ my former blue STi "SUBBIE"
I'm thinking of going w/ H&R Race, H&R Sway Bar Kits and Koni Adjustable in the future.
(Coil over is for sure not an option due to more frequent maintenance and its fragility for daily drive)
Any DFW owners willing to give me a test ride on their E60 w/ after market suspension and share feedbacks on the feeling?
I'll treat you simple lunch or dinner for your time and gas
I live in Irving 75063 - 635/Macarthur.
PM or reply to this thread and Thanks again!
Looking forward to mod more to give faster car a hard time

First off. Thanks for the warm welcome.
Ahaa..
Finally got one DFW member's bite
So you are running my "intended" suspension mods?
H&R Race w/ Koni, Sway Bars?
I can see from your sig that your car has been dropped. Of course you can help if you'd like.
Care to give me some feedbacks on Dallas roads w/ H&R Race?
Is 2" drop too LOW for DFW to be a road scrapper?
Is there any E60 meet in DFW?
My concern is that H&R Race drops 2". This sounds a lot to me and I don't really like the super slammed look but I do like "flush" look
Called H&R and ask whether 2" is the total drop from stock non sport package bimmer but they said they don't know
Do you know whether 2" is a drop from non sport package E60?

You're just down the street from my work. I've got the same set-up as yours sport 545i, so I'm no help there, but welcome to the Forum
