My Ride: 04' 545i, Sport Package, Black, Active Xenon, ARS, Aux Input

What year is your ride? I was told I couldnt get any mp3 player add on other than an Aux Input installed. ALthough I think the 04' which is what I have is the only year no one makes anything for.
On a side note when I was researching it I heard many great things about the Dension product. I would do the install yourself provided BMW doesnt need to program anything.
