Hi, I just been lurking this forum since I'm in the market for an E60. I found the following car at my dealership:

2004 530i Certified Preowned
6k miles
blk/blk
cold weather pack
prem. pack
sports pack
auto
electric rear sunshade
fold down rear seats
heated rear seats
park distance control
xenons
navigation

I negotiated down to $41,400. Is this a decent deal or should I wait for another one? Please give your opinion.

Thanks,

Ben

It sounds great to me. It also has very low miles on it. Nearly same as mine but I have HUD and not park distance.

Welcome. It looks like a good deal to me. Have your checked KBB, for example, and in your local newspapers, etc., for comparables?

Ben, Looks GREAT to me. You'll note that I just bought a NEW 04 545 sport via eBay and I paid considerably more than that, and you're getting nav, (if you care) and certified extension.

Go for it,

It seems very nice price, 6000 miles is very low.
How many years of warranty do you get wtih Certified car??

Hi

It's a great deal. I just picked up my 2004 530i titanium silver/black interior. It has Premium Package, Winter Package( heated steering wheel and heated front seats), Sports Package with the 18" style 123 rims, Premium Sound, Xenon, Navigation, automatic and 10k miles on it, Certified Pre Owned through BMW dealer. It had anthracite wood so I replaced it to the original poplar wood today ( which by the way I am selling the set if your interested).

I also wanted but didn't get: rear headed seats, fold down screens, parking asist, active sterring, fold down back seats..but I can live with what I got. I paid $41,980.

Feel free to email me at glee_30033@yahoo.com if you want details.

You might want to check the build date if bluetooth is important to you. For North American cars, if pre-March 2004, TCU is not compatible and bluetooth is not possible without changing TCU.
