This is the type of rim I want, OEM M5, went to dealer to ask for price, he said they won't fit on my 545. Is this true? Do I have to buy after market?
Please see screenshot, this is the style I want 19inch staggered.

thats totally wrong. it will fit for sure but you'll need to get spacers to void rubbing. many members have OEM 166s on their cars

Man nothing peeves me off more than misinformed SA's.
I had a SA tell me that it was "normal" to top off the coolant every 3-4 months at my last scheduled maintenance visit. I called bs and politely asked them to check the cooling system. Turns out I had a small radiator leak.
Thank everything that is holy for E60.net!

I agree with you JGT!!

I also had a leak which I got fixed at an indy shop. Now I have to find a good source for OEM 166 rims.

My dealer is good as far as taking care of me and working with labour rates/hours... but they just seem to be limited with experience with e60 M5s...

Service Managers first e60M5 drive was in 08 in my beast...

These forums are by far the best source for correcting stupid rufking dealership SA's who think they know whats up.

Little venting..
