Dealer confused about trunk finisher?

Hey everyone,
I just called my local bmw dealership to inquire about a trunk finisher and the guy literally told me that he has no idea what part this is. My question is, are these trunk finishers listed as a stock part at every dealership or do only select places carry these? Im asking because i rather buy it from my local dealer rather than ordering it online.
