Hello all. I posted awhile back about the issue many others have had with their CCC dying. I still have yet to fix mine (still unemployed and not an essential issue) but a new problem showed itself yesterday. It reached 90+ here in Minneapolis yesterday, and I discovered that my A/C does not work. Ugh. Nothing but hot air coming out. I had not previously tried the a/c since the CCC died a few months ago. Before I go crazy troubleshooting, is it possible that my fried CCC is the issue? I'm pretty sure that my climate system (through the I-drive system) was set to "heat" when the CCC died, but I have no way of checking that...but maybe the system being set for "heat" doesn't allow the a/c to function?
Any help would be appreciated...

How did your ccc die? Have you checked your trunks spare tire area for water? There is a module in there under the spare tire that is notorious for getting wet which will short out your ccc.

it's called the MPM (micro-power module) and definitely could be the issue if you find water

Good news is that I have 1,500 miles left on my extended warranty, which covers the a/c system!
