Hi all
i havev browsed the forum on DRL but mine do not work do you have to have xeons lights , In my idrive screen i can tick the box that says DRL so this must mean that I do have them

In addition, the adaptive headlights will swivel left and right as the steering wheel moves if the headlight switch is in this position...

In my i-drive 'daytime running lights' was selected and the light switch was set to auto. Indeed a green light is ALWAYS lit, indicating lights are ALWAYS on.
I wanted the opposite: the lights are only on when its getting dark. So now in i-drive i deselected the option daytime running. It's now running perfectly. Every time a drive in tunnel or garage lights are automatic on and when I get out of the darkness off. Green light next to switch is also on or off according to the headlights on or off.

switching to auto will affect to the battery ?
