depends on your car and whats fitted, business nav has not had an update since it was first introduced but pro nav has had numerous updates plus when i had mine

i paid 
most dealers cap it at 2 1/2 hours, works out at about ?2-300 depending on the dealership and it will most likely be in over night, helps if you have a warranty just in case as it`s not
unknown for one of the modules to blow during the update
