Just got the dreaded PDC failure come up on my i-drive,I swear it's down to me leaving the car outside in sub zero temp's for a week as I couldnt get it to go up a steep part of my drive at the rear of my property, guess it's a trip to the dealer's as i've read somewhere that it come's from the dealer's pre painted,it's the rear driver's side one that does'nt click.Any tip's on getting it working again as it worked for a few min's and then failed again.

It could be temporary. I recall some members reporting that in cold, wet weather ice could form in/around the sensor, causing it to malfunction. The sensor returns to normal when the ice melts.

I would tend to agree with the others. Sensors are, well, sensitive. I parked outside for only a couple of hours on a drizzly, cold day once, and when I returned I had a DTC sensor warning. The dealer said it was the moisture from the light rain freezing on the sensor causing an imbalance. I drove home, put it in the garage, and the message was gone the next morning.

Does that mean that the 'system contol' failure warning and the false puncture warning I've received today are also just 'glitches'? F***ing hope so!
Nice car to drive but rapidly becoming an expensive, poorly built bag of s*it.

It's possible. The false punture warning could just be a drop/rise in tire pressure due to ambient temperature changes. It's been relatively cold in your region. It's not going to cost you anything at least. Hang in there.
Thanks CWS530, will see how it goes over the next few days. Sorry for the rant, it's been an expensive few months!

Mine have started to play up a bit over the last month or two, don't think it is weather related in my case.
Some days they work fine, others the rear sensors go off even when there is nothing around, once they start 'beeping' they continue to do so every time it is put in 'R'.
A nights rest and they seem to recover. !!
