Did ED one year back... Loved it
Purchased at John Roberts (BMW of Dallas), In plano Frisco Area
Black 545 SP etc...
Missing Logic 7 (Wish I could do something about that without changing the car)

Hi, i am in lewisville, TX. Just has someone assume the lease on my 2002 330i and leased a 2005 545i from Autobahn Bmw last week. Silver grey w blk int, Sport pkg, rear sunshade, auto. got an awsome deal. 6k off msrp dealer demo w 1100 miles.

Sorry, was not logged in. Does anyone know if you assume a lease from another state and register the car in texas do you have to pay sales tax?

As for the new 545, I've found that right now is a very good time to buy one. I'm guessing that with the new V8 cars coming in a few months, dealerships are offering some extraordinarily good deals right now. My dealership found a black/black 545 with all the features of my 530i (prem sound, prem package, cold weather, etc), had it trucked in, and gave me a deal that prices the new car very close to what my 530 cost when I bought it in December of 2003.
