My Ride: 2009 e60 528i xdrive

I have an 09 528i xdrive that is lowered on coilovers and I had a bad shaking in the drive line during acceleration. I did some research and found out that the grease goes bad over time and could cause this issue. I replaced both fron cv axles two weeks ago and this seamed to relieve the problem. Then this morning on the way to work the shaking came back. I have only put around 2500 miles on the new cv axles. My question is, is there a related issue causing the cv axle failure? Or do I need better quality axles?... side note I checked wheel bearings, tie rods, and ball joints everything looks fine. Ant help would be appreciated thanks

i went through 3 front half shafts in about a week. luckily for me a had a shop do the first one. when test driving after putting in the replacement it snapped. they had to tow the car back to the shop. so far the 3rd one is fine. has been find for 20K+.
they seem to be somewhat troublesome getting remanufactured ones.
