My cd changer is stuck.......again!

I've had the same cd's in the magazine for 2 months now, and they have played fine, until today. I selected "cd1" and got nothing. Selected "cd2" and the same thing. I went back to "cd" and it played fine. I noticed too that cd1-cd6 were no longer lit up on the i drive. I went to try and eject the magazine, and it wouldn't come out......the cd's were cycling, but the magazine wouldn't pop out. Is there a way to manually pop out the magazine?
Also, how long does bmw warranty their work? I had the same thing about a year ago, and it was still under warranty at the time. They were able to eject the magazine, and blamed it on one of the cd's, and said nothing was wrong with the changer.

Awsome, thanks man

Can those tools be bought from the dealer? If so, any idea on price?

On a side note....today I looked and cd 1-6 still were not lit on the i drive....but when I selected one of them a message on the i drive that said " cd changer contents loading", but would never do anything more than that

Disregard.......I got it

I decided to get brave after looking at that tool from the above link. I found a 3" wide thin metal putty knife that was in my garage, which was new......and I slid it in under the cd magazine. While it was under the magazine, I pushed and held the eject button, and slid the knife to the left. When I did that I heard a click, then the magazine ejected.
After I took out the magazine, there was a cd laying in the bottom of the cd changer, which is why I had the problem......I would assume. No idea how/ why this happened though.
