It says:
NEW! Got curb rash? This wheel putty from Europe let's you fill scraped or gouged alloy wheels yourself and save. The full kit includes files, sandpaper, wheel putty, silver* wheel paint, clear coat and more. * Silver paint matches BMW wheels best. For MINI and aftermarket wheels, compare color to BMW silver wheels before ordering. Not for Shadowchrome wheels.

For $54.95

most use a wheel repair service rather than DIY'ing it...

have you tried contacting your local dealer to see who they use for wheel rash repair..

I think most of us would rather leave wheel repair to a professional, as most wheel repair services are not too expensive...perhaps that's why no one can comment or has used this product...
