That's BS, the DCC has a stalk too, just like CC. I also features a wheel on which you chose the distance to the car in front of you. What would it else do if there was no car in front of you? Continue up to top speed?
Answers/explainations to your comments:
That's BS, the DCC has a stalk too, just like CC. >> DCC does not have stalk/stick, it is not BS , it is a fact
It also features a wheel on which you chose the distance to the car in front of you >> That is part of Active cruise control.
What would it else do if there was no car in front of you? Continue up to top speed? >> It (ACC) will run at set cruise speed.
think: >> these are the facts, believe it or not, I know,

There are 3 types of cruise control so far
Std. Cruise control ( in any car)
Active cruise control smart CC, radar CC, Distronic > All are same)
Dynamic Cruise control

Anyway, this thread is getting......

Ok sorry, BUT... How do I set the speed with this DCC? Let's say I want to cruise at 120km/h.

DCC is automatic, it works automatically at some speeds and manuevering

I want to cruise at 120km/h >>
Use (regular or Standard cruise) no distance control between your car and front car,
Use (Active cruise control) distance controlled (4 red lines) between your car and front car

So DCC is not a Cruise Control, right?

You are confusing it. Please get the terms in order in your mind. Please...

I know how to use the CC, I'm just having a hard time understanding how to maneuver it without a stalk. The thread starter doesn't have any *CC*-stalk at all, I assume he doesn't have any CC what so ever.

DCC ( maybe it is misnomer)
may be DCC controls the cruising vehicle ,
maybe It controls your vehicle while it is in cruise....and in special situations....

I am not an expert, please.

Don't you have your order specified with the options you've chosen? I got document with all the codes for what I've ordered.
