A little bit off topic, but who here has the record for the greatest distance driven while under cruise control. I realized that I drove home this morning and did not break cruise control from San Ysidro to Santa Ana (100 miles or so). CC performed wonderfully
Sounds great - where I am people keep getting in the way so i have to slow down - then hit the resume button. I've driven several hundred miles this way.

Same here... it's a source of constant frustration for me

Where I live, the freeways are 2 (max 3) lanes and I always seem to get the drivers who don't look in their rear view mirrors.

My baby's under a year old and I've not taken her too far so the longest I've run on cruise control is probably 30 minutes on a run out to the airport when no-one else is on the roads.

180-200 kmh from Istanbul to Ankara (Capital) then the return journey 200-210 kmh road was empty and when the cars saw me they just moved out of the lane so it was kinda fun. BTW 1 + 1/4 tank diesel. The total is about 1100-1200 km. Only one car passed me and it was and S 65 or 55 (not sure) AMG.Was going with 250 I guess. I have ACC btw.

So Cal Traffic? I never even heard of Cruise Control!
So true, I like to use cruise control but have to adjust speed and change lines to avoid traffic all the time. The longest distance with cruise control is around 40 miles.

Aren't there roads in Montana without a speed limit?
There used to be, not anymore though. I don't think there are any roads left in the US that don't have a speed limit.
