I agree with the Leatherique kit. Bit expensive but its great for very dirty seats/restoring to look as close to new as possible. By far the best deep cleaning leather cleaner I've seen.

After that I'd just maintain it with Lexol (inexpensive). Used it for years in my cars with great results. Lexol isn't the greatest deep cleaning cleaner but does a great job on mild dirty seats and does an excellent job protecting the leather. Use monthly or every other month and you'll never need to use anything else. Zymol I've also heard great things about though I'm not sure how good it does on severely dirty seats.
