Creaking Steering Column

Anyone got this issues? Everytime I start and stop the engine, the steering column will go up or down back to your last adjustment. While moving, it makes a creaking noise. Dealer greased it up before and it only lasted for a week. I haven't got a chance to drop the car off again, but maybe someone had the same issue also.
