Hi,
I always have this rattling / cracking noise from the rear., seems to come from near rear winscreen or boot. Anyone has the same issue? I know for certain that its not rubber / door seal noise. Thanks.

sway bar bushings often squeek over bumps when the temps drop. They can be lubed or replaced.

I'm having a problem which sounds similar to what the op has described. Where exactly is the C pillar and how do i go about stuffing foam in there? Is there a DIY for this? lol

Also... Check out the third brake light. I fixed a LOT of my noises by getting that to stop rattleing.
Try this:
1) Remove the cover by pulling down on it
2) Now you see the brake light housing, some wires, etc. Drive the car over areas that always make the noises and have someone in the back seat press up on the brake light in different areas to see if the noises stop.
3) stuff some felt in between the plastic and the glass and in the cover area before you snap it back on.
The second place for all the noises is the rear arm rest
try this:
1) Leave the arm rest fully open and cup holders open
2) If you now have less rattles and other noises then you can work on the arm rest with some felt also.
With these two areas my interior is now almost completly rattle free.
