Guys help me decide please, I realized 535d isn't "enough" and I want something I can enjoy more. I test drove 650i and loved the engine it but I still need E60 practicality. The question is, shall I get 550i which can be found around 50.000 EUR in mint condition? Or shall I forget this model and get something family-practical like E60 520d,525d or even X5 3.0d... and buy something sporty along with it?
One thing I really want in the next car is ventilated comfort seats and they cannot be easily found in every car so my choice of CPO is limited. Is 550i a wise choice? I need to say I don't drive much and I don't care too much about the consumption (it's high in the 535d anyway). Please mind I'm in Europe so the V8 E60's are quite rare here.
Thanks in advance for your advices.
I recently found this 2005 550i, 58.000 Km - the price tag is 44.950 EUR and it's loaded (and it looks exactly like the one I have now which is fine).

The massage option is actually very nice, it massages your upper thighs area by moving up and down, leaves your pelvis body part without tension on longer journeys (30 min and more). Very nice feature, you almost forget about it. Makes you leave the car relaxed. But if I could choose, I'd get Logic7 instead, the massaging isn't that important.

I'm not sure about the performance, it's also about the sound of the engine and the high-revving. None of it can be done with diesel. Regarding the speed 535d is enough Can be remapped to 320bhp without problems. It is not necessary though.
