16 and a RR SC? Isn't that a bit out of your league/budget too?

mylesfiggy 03-24-2010 06:57 PM

07 RRS-SC are mid 40's so they're not overly expensive compared to the price of them new

16 and RRS-SC = No $$$ for maintenance and repair. RR are not reliable.

Though I do understand you being eager to drive them RRS-SC, but I don't think it would be wise.

Try to disregard the purchase price and think of how much you'll spend on maintenance and repair. My friend had a 2008 RRS-RC and when the opportunity came, he didn't hesitate one bit to sell it immediately. It did looks badass with the 22's but Unreliable vehicle

But That's just my friend's bad experience and the threads i've read about. Unless its a CPO, which could be a different story.

ive read both sides of the story so i don't know what to believe.. haha..
also, ive been considering the cayenne s also.. do you know if thats any more reliable?

Good luck with it, they all seems like they have expensive maintenance and both are gas killer to me. Get a CPO M5 or M6 should be around 40's 50's close to your range

Unless the cars you are getting have warranty Or if you buy an extended warranty (which most of the times have twists and turns in the contract), I do not suggest getting them. Cars like these need high maintenance and if your parents are not going to help you out with the repairs, i don't think you should purchase such vehicles.

Actualy, KBB, fair condition is pretty much what you usually get on a trade. Add $3K for private sale.
