I am using this one and it works over both Bluetooth and USB (retails $199 on the website but I got it for $149 from amazon a couple of months ago)

There are some cheap chinese adaptors available for around $25 but they are VERY SLOW. I initially bought a chinese bluetooth adaptor but the transfer rate was so slow that I immediately ordered the other one.

android app = Torque (updated regularly and supports USB connection for android phones/tablets that support USB host mode)
iphone apps = Rev, DashCommand
blackberry app = LapLogger

Is there anyone in the DFW area that has capability to apply mods to a 2008 535i that would be willing to "help a brother out"? I might be interested in doing a couple of things, but not worth the time/effort/money in my mind to go "all in". Also, can those of you who have modified an '08 535i detail what changes you were able to make?
