To condition leather or not to condition?
#1
That is the question! Spring is here, time for some major detailing! Question is, how many of you condition your leather and how has it been since you're been doing it?
I'm starting to hear both sides of the coin about this topic. One says conditioning will turn your leather hard and vinyl like, while the other says it will become that way if you do not condition.
Any real life testimonials?

It's a nice car with an impressive engine.
I do this twice a year - spring and fall. Works like a charm! The leather stays soft and nice - and clean

Definitely condition leather at leat twice a year.
First clean it with a leather cleaner and then condition with a non-silicone based leather conditioner.
My car seats are as clean, soft and matt as the day i got the car.
AUTOGLYM products all the way.

I use leatherique on my car and it works great, its amazing how much dirt and grime it gets out that you don't even notice is there.

If you don't condition your leather at least twice a year it will crack overtime (any leather). Just do it twice a year and when you wash regularly use a wet chamy or chamois and wipe the dust! I've been doing this for years with my BMWs and others and new problems, the leather looks like new...
