Condensate in the headlight

In September I replaced it because of a taxi in Paris hit me and scratches the glass (sucking plastic).
Some days ago I noticed it has a LITTLE problem:
Warranty, right?
Will the dealer replace it?
Already informed my bodyshop.

Shouldn?t be a problem. There is a 1 year guarantee on the parts you buy from BMW.Atleast it is like that in here in Sweden.
