I have an opportunity to buy a set of comfort seats from a member here. I'm told they are from a pre-LCI 2007 550i, and have been installed in the current owner's 2005 545i with no problems. I am thinking of getting them for an LCI 528i, and am trying to figure out if that will work. I had a discussion with one of the larger online BMW salvage yards, and was led to believe that LCI seat wiring and plugs might be different, but have not been able to confirm. What would the wise folks here think about this project?

I think the wiring changed in 09/2005 cars.
