It's been mickey-frickin' cold here in Mpls the past few days with a predicted low of -15 with a wind chill of -30. Anyway, I ran to the store late last night to get some cold medication for my wife and....holy crap!! Anyone got a pic of a colder temp in their e60?

I saw +6 on my guage this morning. Amazingly, for as cold as that seems, it's almost 20 degrees warmer than you in the Twin Cities.

Never seen it that cold, but then again, it's still "early" winter here in STL, and I just got my e60 six months ago. I did see 103 in July!

Did your car drive OK? I've heard that extreme cold sometimes can cause warning sensors to go off for no reason, then they disappear either when the car is warm or when you restart it after a while. Just curious.

No problems as of yet...knock on wood. Every once in a while ice or snow will block a PDC sensor but that's about it.

coldest I've ever seen personally on a car temp gauge was in Tahoe driving to Northstar... friends Merc ML showed -15. But I dont have a pic of it.

That evening back at the cabin in Truckee I think it went back up to 12... too HOT!
