There are no simple YES or NO answers in automotive diagnostics.
Codes are simply clues that point you in the right direction to diagnosing what needs to be fixed/replaced on the vehicle. If it were as easy as Code A says Replace this then every technician would be out of a job.
I have seen MAF, crank sensor, cam sensor and all types of codes at the same time for one component failing because they are all inter related. Before you start throwing parts at the vehicle, take it to a technician with the proper diagnostic tool and ability to diagnose the root cause. A MAF sensor can be tested with a lab scope to check the electrical frequency output at different RPMs. Once you buy an electrical component, it is yours whether it fixed the problem or not, and is not returnable 99% of the time.
Given your symptoms it is very likely the MAF is failing but it is better to have it tested than to blindly replace it and be in the same boat because it is another sensor throwing a false MAF code.
PS- I sold professional aftermarket diagnostic equipment for the market leader for many years so I have some experience with these situations...

Many components could be contributing to the rough idle and engine stall... vacuum leak, spark plugs, MAF, not enough fuel pressure, clogged catalytic converters. Engine Diagnostic code will guide you in the right direction.
