I did a search and couldnt really find an answer, I just retrofitted a CCC from an e92 into a 2006 e60. I added $609 to the VO in both CAS and LMA. CCC is turning on but rebooting after the BMW screen. I tried to read the module with NCS Expert but keep getting the COAPI-2020 error along with iHF-009 error.
Not really sure where to go from here, I can read/write to all other modules except the new ones that were added when $609 was added

When the CCC is constantly re-bootting it is the CCC that is defect , and thatsway your not abel to communicate with it thrue/with NSC-Expert.
You need a new/other CCC , and at Best get one from another E60/61 , one from a E90/910/92/93 willl never work 100% in a E60/61 due to other basic software , and that is not so to alter.
