I am having problems with my cluth and am having a "final repair attempt" done soon to try to remedy the problem. They keep denying that there is a clutch problem. I remember a while back that thre was TIS info on a clutch judder and slipping. Could someone with TIs info please post it. My version of TIS died. Also, has anyone else had problems wit hthe clutch not engaging first gear properly or getting stuck on the way in and requiring a double cluth? Finally, i remember people having clutches go before or around 10k miles. Could you guys please post the TIS and your clutch experiences/problems and remedies so i have so info for the SA.
Thank You,

YES! YES! YES! That is EXACTLY what is wrong with our transmission/clutch. We even already had a new clutch under warranty around 8k miles. Please do post if anyone has any info!

The document is not E60 specific, it covers all models and is from 1998:

that helps thanks, but do you think the dealer wont believe me because it is for a different model transmission. But it says to lube a part, and i think both trannys have the same part.
Suebmw, what was your build month and year. Maybe there was a problem at ZF during that time. Maybe a bad bench. Mine is 02/04
What about the PDF from the Roundel Mag, i think, that talked about the new tranny and the smoothness of its shifting.
