Cloudy chrome trim on windows

My Ride: 05 Silver Grey 523i | Step, M-Kit, M5 Trunk Finisher, 19" ACS Type IV Wheels, Goodyear F1 GS-D3 245/35/19, Grey Dakota Leather, Maple Wood Sycamore Anthracite, Advanced Climate Control, Electric rear sunblind, Electric folding mirrors with automatic anti-dazzle, Lights package, PDC, Rain sensor, Business Radio, CD Changer
I car is only 3 months old and the chorme trim on the windows is starting to get cloudy. My dealer had tried to polish it for me, but it doesn't look any better.
Anyone has the same problem. I will try to take some pictures of it tomorrow.

The i realised that it was the soap i was using to wash my car.

[/quote]It has something to do with the soap or solvent you use.
With a nice wax you can get them shiny but be aware of the seals and the roof panels so that you do not get them squeaky.
