Clock Chime - strange variation

Hmmm, I see. I'll keep an eye on mine to see when it chimes. As far as I can remember, I've never seen it chime early as you describe...

As I said above, it's supposed to begin chiming before the clock rolls over. The last chime is the one that marks the hour...

We know its supposed to begin before the hour turns, but I get the last "hour" chime as much as 10 seconds before the hour display changes. And it is not consistent. It is never synchronized with the display.

Same issue in my car, it varies as to when it chimes, but usually it chimes before the clock changes. Poor programming interface there
