Dear friends,
What does the blinking of the snowflake button on climate control mean? I've just had my Progman changed due to a fuel problem, and now that blinking has appeared. Knowing from the forum's archives that Progman changes often involve unwanted side effects, I'm somewhat alarmed. Please, reassure me.

I get a snowflake symbol on my dash display when the outside temperature is near freezing. It's been a while but I
think it displays along with a chime.

The OP was asking about the snowflake "button" though. I'm interested to find out why it might blink. Perhaps a failure of the air-con, or it needs refilling. Hoping somebody knows.
