How are you folks? have not been Here for a while.
Have done some reading on the net regarding climite control turning on its own after switching off. This seams common problem in e60s and anoyng same time. but can't see any solution to the problem. Anyone have any idea how to fix it

I've had some success by leaving the temp knob off of the full cold position...ie...turn it all the way CCW to full cold, then move it back CW one click. Let us know if that gives you success.

 

My friend can't seem to get this going.. I did it a few times when I was working on the car with my spare remote and it seemed to turn off.

I'm just saying that when I work on my car I often use my spare key, and all I do is turn the fan to off and it works.
