Should I replace? Put in dishwasher or try to polish?

You'll be happy!
Local WMT/Auto Store should have it in stock.

You might be happy doing what salaki said, however replacements are pretty cheap. I got them from the dealer for about $12 each. They came with the bulbs installed. Just press the old ones either to the rear or toward the front of the car and lift them out. Plug the new ones in and your done. Very easy and, of course new ones ALWAYS look better than refurbished (my opinion). Anyway, just trying to compare the cost of that product plus the time and work involved vs. two new side marker lamps.
