Can anyone provide a link? I bought a cleaner and a conditioner but it was sticky to the touch, and it left spray drops on my glass.

What is the best way to bring out the shine and suppleness?

Thanks.

How often has the leather been conditioned? What conditioner are you using? I have had no problems using Lexol cleaner and BMW conditioner. If the leather is extreme you might have to consider Leatherique. I just apply the cleaner on a pad and rub it in and with it off. I apply the conditioner the same way - some times I apply by hand.
