CIP 20 and Arrow View

I have searched the forum and 2 guys have the problem where the option for Arrow view is not available after upgrade to CIP 20. This is really annoying and dangerous. You have to look close at the screen when you are on roundabouts etc. Is this standard, or have I got a problem with nav. Also, no muting of radio when voice is giving instructions. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have never had arrow view--on ??.xx.xx, 19.01.01, or 20.01.00. I assumed that there is some unavailable-for-my-build reason for not having it, but maybe not. Arrow view is dimmed on my car.

I recall that I lost it after upgrade, but only because an I drive Nav option changed. I was able to switch it on again in the settings, I cant remember where though! Has the option gone in the new load?

Select Navigation and press the Controller.

My Ride: 2006 550i Sport Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Sound Package, Comfort Access, Xenon Headlights, Adaptive Headlight Control, Navigation System, Steptronic Transmission. Silver Gray Metallic with Gray Leather. Added Red rear reflectors. Swapped stock Style 124 wheels and Bridgestone run-flat tires for BMW Style 125 5-Double Spoke wheels, 8" x 19" front, 9.5" x 19" rear with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires, 245/40YR-19 front and 275/30YR-19 rear.

OK. I'll check out the suggestions but I'm pretty sure the dealer has not put the option on. Why would it be greyed out if it was not an option. I tried the controller, arrow view option, but as I said it is greyed out.
